Meet the Founders

Birgit Amelung

… is a strategic consultant, certified organizational developer, award-winning creative director and brand building expert with over 15 years of experience, ranging from internal positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Media to founding her first own agency at the age of 27. As a certified facilitator of the Lego® Serious Play® method, she has a high level of expertise in the development of innovative workshop concepts. Birgit has worked with international brands such as Audi, Deutsche Telekom, Escada, Hennes & Mauritz, L'Oréal, Mercedes Benz, Zalando and many more. Empowering female growth and leadership, Birgit is co-founder of the successful women's network The HER KLUB (over 2000 members in the DACH region). The Art Perspectives initiative for female artists, which she co-founded, was honored with the German Design Award 2020 and 2021 (Excellent Brand Winner). Birgit regularly leads masterclasses and gives impulses from her business ecosystem and for female empowerment as a panel moderator and speaker.

Moritz Amelung

… is a multifaceted designer with over 20 years of experience in the built environment, breaking down traditional boundaries between architecture and craftsmanship, design and execution. He was trained in high-end cabinet making where he gained expertise in furniture design and manufacturing, before earning his Master of Arts degree in industrial and product design, with distinction, at Birmingham City University. Moritz’s focus includes bespoke office spaces, customized furniture, event concepts, and installations for various leading global brands such as Absolut Art, Bocci, Calvin Klein, Dior, IDEO, Marni,Microsoft, Porsche Design, Swarovski, Zalando.As a certified facilitator of the Lego® Serious Play® method, Moritz integrates innovative tools and elements of design thinking to develop spatial concepts that incorporate individual needs and perspectives and jointly optimize the workplace and brand experience.
